What’s your return policy?

30 day return policy, you must ship it back to us and you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. If it’s a defective product, we will ship you a new one. Notice: the Popped Cubes is not a defective product.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel within 12 hours of your order being placed email us the reason for cancelling with your order number and we will cancel it. If your order has already been processed, you will have to wait until you receive it, then ship it back to us. Once it is shipped back to us we will refund you.

How do I track my order?

When will my tracking be updated?
Tracking can take up to 6 days to update, this does not mean that it has not shipped yet. It could be on route to you, sometimes there are just delays in the tracking.
